By using our website and purchasing items from our online shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Billy’s Battalion is a registered charity (Charity Registration No. 1213415 dedicated to on a mission to raise awareness of DIPG, a devastating paediatric brain cancer, and to fund better trials, better treatments, and one day, a cure.

We currently sell Billy’s Battalion x Eagles Rugby Charity Calendar 2026 and with additional merchandise to come.

All proceeds go towards supporting the charitable work of Billy’s Battalion.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, small variations (such as colours or design placement) may occur.

  1. Prices and Payment
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes (where relevant).
  • Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering via our approved payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  • We do not store your card details on our servers.
  1. Delivery
  • We currently ship within the UK (and may expand internationally later).
  • Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout.
  • Please allow extra time during busy periods such as holidays.
  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at [insert contact email], and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
  1. Returns and Refunds

As a charity, all proceeds from sales support our cause, but we want you to be happy with your purchase.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We send the wrong product.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or replacement.
We may ask for a photo of the issue before sending a replacement.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  1. Donations

6.1 Where to donate. We do not accept donations on this website at this time. All donations to Billy’s Battalion are taken via our Official JustGiving page:

If you would like to make a direct donation to our bank account, please contact us billysbattalion@gmail.org.

6.2 Gift Aid. UK taxpayers may be able to add Gift Aid when donating through JustGiving by completing the declaration at checkout. Gift Aid is administered by JustGiving in line with HMRC rules.

6.3 Refunds. Donations are non-refundable unless made in error or due to unauthorised use. Refund requests for donations made via JustGiving should be directed to JustGiving Support. Please also notify us so we can assist where possible.

6.4 Recurring donations. If you set up a recurring gift on JustGiving, you can manage or cancel it through your JustGiving account.

6.5 Receipts & fees. Donation receipts are issued by JustGiving. Platform/processing fees may apply (as shown at checkout). Billy’s Battalion receives the net amount after any fees and/or voluntary contributions to JustGiving.
